"My overall rating would have been Excellent, had they not completely let me down on their promises at the last hurdle. Simon Izzard seems like a nice enough fellow and was very helpful and friendly until I paid my money and took the car. None of the work on the car that was promised as part of the sale agreement was completed, and I spent months chasing these guys to get it put right before eventually giving up. I'm still left with a sub standard vehicle as a result and a huge bill to put it right privately. My advice is simply to check they're giving you what they promised, and don't trust Mr Izzard as far as you think you could feasibly throw him."
